It's ridiculous how bored I am.

okay, I'm having a really wierd night right now. I didn't do ANYTHING today. Well I had dance at 6 pm and I didn't get out until 8:30, and I came home starving and sweaty, and tired. but now i'm wired. you know the dog from the beggin'strips commercial?? yeah, well i don't know what he feels like all the time, but I'm pretty sure it's REALLY similar to the way I feel right now. i feel like squealing. for no good reason. The oooohhh shiny syndrome is in FULL SWING!!! but it's it's too late to make any noise. so here are some pics from a recent dress-up day that stemmed from another incredibly boring day.

Okay. I'm bored with this. however, I promise that there will be more pictures to come around Sunday or so. That's when my RECITAL is!!! AAAHHH!!! i'm so excited about it. Here's the story... We're all at a sleepover, and dancing around and singing. and then we fall asleep. then we wake up and we watch cartoons! and all of the dances are about the cartoons that we watch. There's pink panther, carebears, power rangers, spiderman, teletubies, i think there's dora, too. and batman. and the jetsons. I'm spiderman and batman. it's going to be amazing!!!! if Sunday will just get here! and then i have NOTHING to do next week except shop for things for camp (so if you want to do something... ANYTHING, drop me a line)!!! and then Saturday I'm going to a baseball game to celebrate my birthday and watch fireworks, and then I leave for camp SUNDAY!! woot!!! okay now i'm really excited. Everything is falling into place. And I'm getting anxious and excited about the recital and camp. it's making the time pass soooooooo sloooooooooooooowlyyyyyyyyy. ugh. i just sneezed.

i just realized how horrible my spelling and grammar is when i get excited. but i don't have the patience right now to correct it. oh well. stinks to be you!. AAAAHHHH.... hyper. sorry. :D

i'm happy tonight. and now it's almost 11. so i'm signing off and saying goodnight. GOOD NIGHT!!! i just sneezed again.

Let me tell you what happened today. I've been stressing out big time over money lately, because I'm broke, I don't have a job, and I need things for my upcoming recital--tights, costume fees, pictures--and I can't afford to keep going to the most AMAZING church because it costs too much to travel 60 miles round trip. Stress stress stress.

Well this afternoon I got to praying real hard about my money situations, and while I asking Jesus to send me flashing lights to the job He wants for me, my phone rang (btw, my little sony ericson phone flashes when it rings! LOL). I ignored the phone, thinking that I needed to pray and then take a nap, but I felt bad about ignoring Brie's call, so I called her back.

"Mabry, are you doing anything over the summer, because there's a camp in Enid and they are looking for a girl's counselor. They pay $150/week for 5 weeks, and it's a lot of fun. Are you interested?"

My heart skipped 15 million beats and I just knew it was Jesus taking care of me. I was soooo excited I could hardly speak! Thank you Jesus!!!

Grrrrr Aunt Laine!!!

Okay, Aunt Laine! I know your house gets boring with only 6 kids and all, but can't you do something better with your time?? Like... I don't know... find some denim flip flops to match your denim jumper? Just kidding!!! I'm really glad you thought of me. :) I like these things!!!

Favorite person (outside family)? I have an AMAZING group of friends who I would have to say are my favorite people

Quirks about you? I get so shy in crowds of people I don't know, but put me on a stage and give me a character, and I couldn't be more comfortable.

Worst job you’ve ever had? I guess that would have to be the Shell station (the only job I've ever had. It was pretty stinky.)

What job would you pay NOT to have? Fast food industry and door-to-door sales. yucky!

If you could change something about your circumstances, what? I'd really love to be going to school outside of Senatobia. I love my friends and all, but I'm REALLY ready for a change (at least I think I am. I guess if God was ready, it'd happen!)

What makes you feel sexy? Oh wow, I just shot Mountian Dew out of my nose. Hahahahaha!!! I don't know how to answer that question.

Who is your real life hero? All the women in my life--Mom and all of her sisters, my grandmothers, Ms. Shalita, my friend's mothers. Women are amazing and they deserve to be heroes.

What is the hardest part of your job? Finding one.

When are you most relaxed? At night when I turn on the TV and try to go to sleep. I don't think about anything at all, and it's wonderfully relaxing.

What stresses you out? Holy cow, I stress a lot. School, finding jobs, gas prices, BOYS who stink but don't look like they stink until you get to know them better, money, and getting lost. Luckily for me, I'm so spastic in my head, that I don't stress about all these things all at once, because I'll stress over it, and then forget that I was stressing. :) Thank you, God, for making me have "Oooo Shiny" syndrome!

What can you not live without? Music and prayer. I go crazy without it.

Why do you blog? So the people I love can keep up with me. Cause I can't keep up with myself enough to tell them any other way! lol

MY NEW CAR!!

It's a Roketa Sicily 150, and it's amazing. It's cheap, it gets GREAT gas mileage, and I don't have to go grocery shopping anymore (just kiddin mom)!!! Thank you so much mommy and daddy for getting it for me.

And this is my new helmet!!!!! Ain't it cute!!! I'm soooo excited about this!

I LOVE Michael Buble

I really do love him. I love his music, his style, his cute little face; and his VOICE is flipping AMAZING!! I went to his concert--twice--and not a moment went by that I was bored. FOR THREE HOURS--I was entertained--I was able to focus my attention on ONE thing for three hours!! It's amazing! He's amazing.

Just hearing his voice--just thinkingo of him sometimes-- sends me into an involuntary shriek of excitement and I can't help but squeeze my hiney cheeks together and flap my hands. My friends tease me about my "Michael Buble" dance. Alyssa told me that I'd be the only person in the history of Michael Buble concerts to have to leave the concert in an ambulance because of wrist fractures.

The other day I walked into Cato's to go shopping, and I literally stopped in my tracks and began "the dance" the second I heard his voice over the speaker. The lady behind the counter asked me if everything was okay and I all I could say is, "I'm fine. I'm just in love." :) I say that I'm going to marry him one day. In fact, Michael Buble is my baby's daddy.

But theres something that a lot of people don't know. Michael Buble doesn't deserve me. Sure, he's gorgeous. Sure, his voice is AMAZING. Sure, he's famous. Sure. He's got great talent and is loved by many people in the world. But he doesn't deserve me.

The one guy in the world who deserves me may be gorgeos, he may have an AMAZING voice, and who knows, maybe he'll be famous! But there's something he will have that Michael Buble doesn't have. And that's a desire to be known as a child of God. Michael may be a Christian, but he doesn't speak openly about it. My man will have an open relationship with Christ and be humble and be completely God centered!

I thank God every day for Michael Buble and his amazing voice. And I thank God every day for the reminder that Michael Buble is not enough for me. :)
